Abstract/Summary:
Due to the lacking of water resource and environment pollution in Liaoning, the thesis researches and designs the decision support system of water environment evaluation in order to increase water environment management level and promote water resource continuance development.The thesis completes the following tasks on the base of design requirement of system function:At first, this thesis sets up water quality forecasting model, including the math model and the intelligent model. The math model includes faro model, Thomas model and so on. The intelligent model is to found water quality forecasting model by using modeling method of fuzzy neural network and utilizing data to train network. It combines fuzzy logic and neural network in order to improve superiority. Examination result indicates that the effect is evident. It is an all-right modeling method.Secondly, this paper sets up perfect model-base system. Model-base is the core of water environmental evaluation DSS. How to realize effective and convenient management is determined by the efficiency of model-base system, which lies on how to organize and store models. So, chapter three introduces organizational form and stores mode of water environmental model in detail. The thesis establishes model-base system using object-oriented technology so as to realize the function of setting up, appending, deleting, modifying and saving the models expediently.Finally, this thesis establishes consummate knowledge-base system. Water environmental evaluation requires a mass of environmental knowledge, which includes expertise and knowledge in the book. How to obtain and express knowledge and enable the environmental evaluation worker to use and manage knowledge is an urgent problem to be solved. So in this thesis, chapter four introduces not only how to obtain, express and store environmentalevaluation knowledge, but also expoundes the process of setting up reasoning mechanism and reasoning knowledge concretely.This subject having very strong technical and advance is a natural science fund subsidy project, and DSS is applied to water environment evaluation firstly in Liaoning Province.
