Research And Implement In WorkFlow Management System Model Base On Knowledge

Workflow management system is one of the most important aspects of the research inintegration manufacture system. And it has been proved to improve the efficiency ofmanagement process. So it has been used in office automatic, auto CAD and some other area.But the research in workflow management system is mainly focus on application, there is nocommon structure. The international workflow league establish a standard, but is focus on thetop abstract level, it doesn't mention the concretely design. Now the workflow managementsystem have a limitation in the presentation of the process model, and it has become anobstacle in develop of the system. So the most important thing is to build an agility andintelligence model. Because the tradition workflow system have no foundation in intelligence, to build theintelligence system and solve the problem of process model, must redefine workflowmanagement system model using artificial intelligence technology, so the system will have theability to implement artificial intelligence in the fundamental. Using AI technology is animportant mark of the modern system. Because there are many theories in the research of the expert system, this articledissertation the consistency of workflow management model and expert system model,discuss the workflow management system model based on knowledge, the model include theprocess define tools, rules management tools, workflow engine, workflow consequencemodule, workflow interpret tools and database system module. The model make workflowmanagement system has ability to implement intelligence, and explain the function of eachmodule in system and the way to control the system. It has been proved that this solution canimprove the agility of the workflow management system model and solve the problem offreeze process while building the system, and it will become the fundamental for the otherresearch in the future.
