With the increasing of scale enlarging, operation automatizing andsuccessive processing in current petrochemical industry, human factor,one of the reasons affect its complicated human-machine system, isgetting more awareness. The basic task of this project is to carry outtroubleshooting to overcome intrinsic weaknesses of operator andimprove operation flexibilities. Based on the principle ofhuman-machine engineering and petrochemical process simulation,integrated personnel supervision and process control into operatormanagement, this control system by human interference has realized thepurpose of optimizing plant operation and enhancing cost benefits forpetrochemical enterprises. As a flourishing technology, the research on human interferencecontrol system is involved in technologies of computer and web, etc. Chapter 2 introduces the current status and development trends ofpetrochemical industry. Chapter 3 discusses the problem of human factor and madequantitative analysis on reliability in the running human-machinecontrol system based on the characteristics of petrochemical productionprocess. Chapter 4 and chapter 5 state that supervision control is the essentialof human interference control system with the key function of operationoptimization based on the analysis of petrochemical process control. Italso illustrates the basic principle of human interference control system,tables a proposal on designing the model and construction and describesthe three stages and process real-time status of operation behaviors,while finally, the method of organization analysis and redesign principleof petrochemical enterprise are put forward.Chapter 6 presents the application of process control system byhuman interference in Changsheng Co., an affiliated unit of SinopecChangling Company. The successful application of electronic patrolsystem and device status network diagnosis system shows that: with theusage of human interference control system, it is significant forpetrochemical enterprises to increase benefits and upgradeadministration, while the target of a further secure, economic, scienceand effective management pattern can be realized.
