The Study Of Empolder Tactic For Human Resource Management System Based On Web

Human Resource is an important factor of human society advancement and development, then human resource management is important basic of enterprise exist and development. It is crying for modem enterprise to design a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) which can adapting to enterprises development.This thesis design and implement human resource management system based on web. Discuss the empolder tactic particular of HRMS based on Web.First, discuss the empolder methods of HRMS, and a concise modeling approach using UML based on RUP is proposed. Secondly, analyze and design the system structure of HRMS and adopt B/S (Browser/Server) model for this HRMS mode. Thirdly, introduce the tools adopted for implementing the HRMS based on Web, ASP technology and ADO database connection technology.Finally, a comparison is imposed for DAC (Discretionary Access Control) mode, MAC (Madnatory Access Control) mode and RBAC (Role Based Access Control) mode, and study the advantage and disadvantage of three mode. In this paper, introduce the application of RBAC in the empolder of HRMS.
