HG serials of high accuracy scanner , as an essential part of softcopy photo-gram metric systems, their main use today is definitely in the digitization of aerial images. Through scanner, these brittle and old project documents and films were reserved in digital form and open to the outside world, thus enhanced the safety of valuable data. It was fit to the most users to get digital image data.High resolution, high accuracy and the max scanning size are their most important characters. But the self-existed limitation in the scanner and manual operation error bring the scanning result distorted, the resolution and geometrical accuracy of scanner system can't satisfy needs of these special domains. To advance the accuracy we develop the special processing system aimed to these scanners. The paper analyzes geometrical distortion according to the working flow, develops the effective rectification module and experimental results indicate that the procedure in the paper is effective. Furthermore, the paper figures out the designing and realization of display of the mass image file.
