Large breadth, high accuracy and high resolution are needed for scanning equipment. For these applications ,The HG large breadth scanner use multi-CCD technology, can get A1 breadth and the high accuracy request. Thus have fine prospect for specialized application.The multi-CCD scanner has certain geometry distortion, for some uncertain factors such as the CCD uniformity and system itself. Stitching image of multi-CCD has the chromatic aberration. These kinds of influence must reduce to the lowest level before scanning application. This article, -according to scanner's work flowchart and the development principle, carried on the analysis to the geometry distortion reason, applied the sub-pixel localization technology in the geometric calibration. Also analysising the joint localization of multi-CCD and CCD chromatic aberration, proposed the corresponding algorithm. |
