Routing Algorithm Research In And Demo-testbed Design Of The Wireless Mobile Ad Hoc Network

An ad hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes dynamically forming a temporary network without the use of any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. Mobile nodes in ad hoc network communicate with each other using multi-hop wireless links.A central challenge in the design of ad hoc networks is the development of dynamic routing protocols that can efficiently find routes between two communicating nodes. And it is very difficult to build an ad hoc network testbed in reality to test the Ad Hoc technologies.This paper presents two main achievements of our job.First, we present a more efficient routing algorithm E-DSR. The simulation results under Opnet show that this routing algorithm could work better then other routing protocols in ad hoc network.Seccond, we build an ad hoc network testbed.
