Design And Implementation Of E-Government Affair Information System In Longli

With the approaching of new century, the level of informatization has become an important measurement of a national’s modernization and comprehensive strength. It has been the paramount for governments of all levels to improve and innovate administrative management so as to scientifically allocate governmental functions, optimize and integrate structures and restructure administrative flow. So in such a way, the government’s abilities of performing duties according to the law, governance, making decisions, emergency management and serving the public can be improved comprehensively.Starting from the current situation of Longli Country, this article has designed the government center information system through in-depth analysis and research works, succeed to promote business development by E-monitoring and strengthen administrative supervision functions and further standardize administrative action so to improve administrative efficiency, reduce administrative costs, and to promote the reform of the administrative system and the transformation of government functions. By analysis of the design targets and technical requirements of the system, the structure system, and management flow and system implementation have been outlined. Then the software research and design of the information system of the government center have been taken out. By a combination of JSP and Java Bean, the basic functions such as. data cataloging, reporting, registration, query and maintenance as well as statistics have been realized under the base of C/S structure. Finally, this article also comes up with some measures and other needy improved section by analyzing problems existing in software research.This project research has been used the software engineering, obeyed the software design rules and combined the practical rules and scientific rules in process of developing. And the design is flexible so as to be easy maintain and updating. This system has also realized the achievement of promoting business development by E-supervision, strengthening administrative supervision, and optimizing administrative performance. The expected effects of promoting the reform of the administrative system and the transformation of government functions by improving administrative efficiency and reducing administrative costs.
