Thus, it will affect water seriously. To want to guarantee the factory water reaches the mark, we must establish a set of on time, the dependable and convenient chlorine gas control system. Along with the technical and fast development in technique, control in modern area, water factory control system establishes also become a kind of inevitable trend!The traditional water handles auto control system request to establish accurate mathematics model, and must put forward to follow the some the line assumption, however the actual water handles system because of exist complexity, not line, changefully, indetermination with incompletion etc., can't acquire accurate mathematics model generally, therefore adopting the tradition controls theories is impossible.Fuzzy Control can operate the expert's control experience, knowledge and control rule describes, then use these rules to control the system. Therefore, Fuzzy Control is applicable to the unknown mathematics model specially. Exactly according to these characters of the control system, it has become very hot in water handles system in recent years.In the foundation of that craft reforming properly, we obey the rule of production process control principle. The control method we did is Fuzzy Control.Fuzzy logic control method is a method that simulates the control experience of a person. The traditional control depends on mathematics model of a control system, but Fuzzy logic control depends on the physics characteristic of control system. In water produce, these physics characteristic expresses from source water, remaining Chlorine value and the change of remaining Chlorine value. If we deal with the control system according to the older worker's experience, it will become very easy. Fuzzy logic control also uses these characteristics for reference; so it will be effective, have the good foreseeing advantage.
