In accordance with the requirements of medical waste water treatment, medical waste in the residual chlorine in order to achieve this real-time online measurement and control purposes, this paper and design a dual-input dual-output fuzzy controller. Fuzzy controller is composed of five parts:fuzzy or precise data on the input and output fuzzy process, the database that store all input and output variables fuzzy subset membership vector value, the rule base that is all the control rules, inference engine that is sure to enter and rule matching and export conclusion, anti-fuzzy inference conclusions about the fuzzy value into the exact value of the implementing agencies. One rule base generated by the fuzzy control rule table is the key to the fuzzy control system and core. The application of MATLAB software design aided design, using MATLAB software toolbox to the design of fuzzy inference system to verify that the establishment of simulation hardware circuit design and simulation testing to verify the fuzzy control system for the working process and get the expected output, which verifies This design is effective.
