. Embedded System has widely spread in daily life .With the development of Micro Controll.The kernel of Embedded System has become more and more faceted.So it is important for us to pay more attention to this area.First of all.this paper introduces the development history and research condition of Micro Controll. .Embedded system has been described from its concept, features, design method and arrangement.Based on the above ,this paper introduces a type of High Speed Micro Controll Process,it is based on the standard 8051.whose Bus Cycle is 12 clock.Because of its one bus structure ,during executing a instruction ,there are many spare states which results in. mess around For the same reason , only one unity datas will be sent or received at random time.which brings on the delay of time and the lengeth of instruction cycle. In order to face up such problems,a High Speed MCU has been introducted in this paper.it is compatiable with the standard 8051 microcontroll.Its cycle time is four clock,which greatly decreases the time of executing a instruction..Many analysis about ALU and controller are made .Analyzing their structures and fuctions .In the interest of testing its instruction executing time ,seven types of searching adderss modes have been tested and emluatored..Good results has been gained.At last ,aiming at its application in the area of industry control,a research about data communication has been done.The design flow and its solution of four bus structure prposed in this paper can be applicable in high speed MCU chip design.
