The Research Of Structure And Index Inquiry Technology In Embedded Database System

As the core technique of mobile-computing,mobile-commerce and informative electrical application, the embedded database management system has been a new technology of data management rising in recent years. It mainly implemented the data's storage, organization and management on mobile devices as well as the data exchange with the background host source data at the foundation of the present mature database technology, in view of concrete embedded equipment and practical application demand.According to the embedded system application demand and the embedded system universal characteristic, this article pointed out that, the determining factors about the performance of the embedded database on the external memory operating are not only the resources expenses but also the I/O operating times numbers. Under this thought instruction, An embedded database system of EDB which could move in the different operating system platform has been designed and realized based on the file system with the C/S structure.This article's prime task included the analysis to the embedded database system characteristic and the trend of development. Based on the existing file system, the article has been completed the embedded database management system architecture design and the data organizational structure design, has been carried on the careful discussion and the research to the embedded database system index structure, and has been made the detailed discussion to the lexical and syntax analysis as well as the inquiry mechanism and the realization technology.This article proposed the practical and feasible index mechanism and a set of inquiry mechanism similar to the SQL language, and the design of SQL compiler using Lex and Yacc also appeared in this article.
