In the 21th century, with the increasingly globalization of the market and economy, the producing and selling activities of the enterprises have also been globalized, every enterprise tries to accelerate its informalization in order to improve resource configuration, increase economic benefits and enhance comprehensive strength. The direction of the production and selling make production, management, selling and stocking step into the orbit of the information, enterprise are also facing informalizing. Management Information System will be an important part in the development of the modern enterprises.In this paper, we introduce an enterprise selling management system based on ORACLE, it includes seven parts: distributary business, authorized business, selling plan, basic data, stock, producing notice, selling analysis. This system relates to several departments including production, selling, stock and finance. It aim to meet the need of enterprise's production, in order to compete in global market, the enterprise hope eagerly the informalization of his enterprise. After China step into WTO, domestic enterprises are facing more fierce competition, during the course of selling, how to meet the requirement of all kinds of customers in time and how to adjust the selling policy according to the change of the market become the key for the enterprise.In this paper, we investigate how to build the system using Oracle's C/S structure, whether one system is successful depends on if it meets user's need and if it can run steadly or not. Oracle developer2000 and it's database can exchange data with the way of no gap connection. This system runs on Oracle server whichis provided by US ORACLE Company and runs very steadily. Byusing Orcale Developer Server, it can implement the applications into the multiplayer condition conveniently, implement the complicated applications of C/S quickly into the Application Server which is safe and prone to be managed.Using open system will walk hand in hand with the enterprise, makes it meet all needs at any time, becomes the wing of enterprise's development.
