The Enterprise Information Management System Based On J2EE

with the increasingly globalization of the market,the producing and selling activeities of the manufacturing enterprises have alse been globalized,every enterprise tries to accelerate its informationlization in order to improve resource configuration, increase economic benifits and enhance comprehensive strength.the direction of the production and selling make production,management,selling and stocking step into the orbit of the information,enterprise are also facing infomializing.In this paper,we introduce an information managing system based on J2EE,it includes two main part:materail planning managing ,quoting price and tendering managing.it aim to meet the need of enterprise's production,in order to compete in global market,the enterprise hope eagerly the informalization of his erterprise.After China step into WTO,demostic enterprises are facing more fierce competition,during the course of tendering, how to quote price quickly and precisely becomes the key for the enterprise whether it can win the tender and get benefits.While in daily production,how to make the material and information in the erterprise flows accurately,quickly and orderly is the contents of material planning management.In this paper,we described how to build the system using J2EE tools,whether one system is successful depends on if it meets user's need and if it can run steadly.Adopting J2EE structure make the system have clear levels,customer level,business level and enterprise transaction level (used to contact with database) are independent.change of enterprise business flow don't impact transaction level.only need to change corresponding business rnodule,make the updating and maintainence relatively simple.Our system used RUP to model,it is driven by instance,regard users' needs as the core,then ensure to meet users' needs.This system runs on J2EE server,which is provided by special commercial company and runs very steadily.In order to meet overchanging husiness.the openness of the system is very important,J2EE can solve this kind of problem very well,every enterprise Bean(component) is one business.changeing and adding component can change and add business dealing ability.Using open system will walk hand in hand with the enterprise,make it meet all needs at any time,become the wing of enterprise's development.
