In the process of enterprise modernization,the level of business equipment is increasing,and the scale is also growing.A variety of production equipment and management methods are moving towards specialization,fine,continuous,large-scale direction.But the existing enterprise equipment management development lags behind.It covers only a small part of daily device management operations.The collection and update of equipment management information is lag.Because of the production sector,long continuous operation cycle factors,led to the lack of quantitative indicators device data,device statistics different calibe.To address the equipment management process issues,the enterprise equipment management system which is based on B/S model comes into being.The system is suitable for the repair,maintenance and tracking of enterprise equipment.In the process of the system implementation,advanced software development model and software engineering ideas are throughout the design top business and the underlying database.The system is based on B/S three-tier application system architecture,and Myeclipse 10 is used to be the development environment.The system uses J2 EE SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate)framework technology,and the MVC design model is used to separated of business logic and presentation logic.Struts and Spring technology is used to do module development,combined with Oracle 11 g database using Hibernate mapping technology to complete the package database.Enterprise equipment management system achieves the module of equipment information,equipment use,equipment maintenance,decision analysis,information release,user management and system management module.Through the system applications that can help companies effectively improve the efficiency of the equipment,the equipment arrangements,scheduling,maintenance,etc.to make scientific planning and management,improve management efficiency and competitiveness.
