Design Of Internal Control Management Information System

Company internal information management system is a process for the enterprise managers to achieve business goals and manage the activities of the enterprise.Enterprise internal information management does collection, sorting, processing, storage, retrieval, statistics, transmission and utilization to the enterprise information by means of advanced computer technology,also, to plan, organize the elements of business activity and auxiliary decision-making so that it makes every effort to effectively integrate enterprise reso urce configuration and share management, reduce costs, improve work efficiency, to create the biggest economic benefits.This paper design the Company internal information management system which includes the bidding management, contract management, projec t management, material management, financial management, personnel management, customer service management, task management and data management module;Besides it also includes documents management, integrated information query, statistics, system management and so on.I participated in the enterprise internal information management system of contract management, document management, personnel management and the survey and analysis of the demand of financial management.This paper has realized the contract management, document management and customer management module.This paper is according to the work I have participated in and depends on the requirements of the company internal management,considering disadvantages of the current enterprise internal management system. We have proposed a system enterprise called internal information management system which bases on My Eclipse +Tomcat + Oracle, uses JSP development system as a development language interface.JSP and Oracle database management system is the most common combination in the current application development, That is not only supporting cross-platform, but also having a complete data management capabilities.The paper has a discussion based on two aspect which the author participate in that are system research analysis and design. First of all, the paper analyzes th e background and current situation of the system which is described in the paper, and discuss about related technologies that the paper involves. Next, according to the theory of software engineering method, the paper analyzes the main function al requirement of the compang internal management system, and designs the func tion module and database structure in detail, also designs the contract manageme nt module, document management module and customer management module, th e realize the system connected with Oracle database system; Finally, through testi ng, it proves that the system can well realize the main functions of the compang i nternal management, and shows the designed system function interface.
