With the development of logistics technology and the store scale broadened, enterprises pay attention to the efficiency of the logistics more and more. The storage has already become the important source that enterprises get profit directly. At present, our country is in artificial and half automatic management state basically .Efficiency is not high. Although some enterprises have realized some integration of information technology in storage manage now, but compared with foreign countries greater disparity exists in the way to informationization. Proceeded from the angle of improving the efficiency and flexibility of the traditional storage, the thesis have offered an information-based solution which has a complete function and low costs and accords with the national conditions of our country in the management system of logistics automatic storage .The thesis has advanced an integrated warehouse management information system, the core of which is warehouse management system, the data gathering of which is wireless data gather terminal and the operation mode of which is base on the upper management computer. The author has gone on research in the area of the implement of Exceed WMS and the application of wireless data gather terminal and the control of the stamping machine.At first, thesis describes the domestic and international development situation in such aspects as radio frequency identity, wireless communication, AGV, system integration and the management information system. In this part it introduced the purpose and meaning of the thesis research, the main contents and the software and hardware demand that the system is implemented. Then, the author combined the development situation and concrete performance of the automation storage and retrieval system to do a systematic introduction in such concepts as the function, network structure and management control system, etc.. .All of these do the bedding work for the expansion of my thesis.Warehouse management system is the core part in the whole system, theauthor selected the world-leading Exceed WMS and solved the critical technology in the warehouse management information system and brought out the whole solution to it on the base of analyzing the main function, characteristic, concrete detailed course implemented after the second development to kinds of equipment interface. Although the perfect software system is very important, hardware support can't ignore with the development of informationization at full speeding today. The thesis mainly introduced the utility function and data interface technology of data gathering terminal and went on preliminary research about the control and surveillance of the stamping machine in order to complete the actual manipulate in warehouse , for example, receiving and sending commodity, managing commodity location etc.Finally, the author analyzed the problem in the future study to the achievement and conclusion from this thesis and carried on the further prospect of the work in the future. In a word, the improvement of the management level of the storage depends on the development of storage technology, we should carry on more and deeper research on it and make more contribution for the storage development of our country.
