This project is sponsored by the CAEP Institute of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology Weapons Development Funds. The task of performance detecting of electrostatic and humidity-temperature exists in our products all the time.The alarm-device that can measure static electricity can give off alarm signal in dangerous case in time. In exploding man-trap, the measurement of electrostatic properties is an important part of electrostatic protection work. Moreover , the ambient condition, especially, the ambient humidity and temperature affect forcefully the measurement of electrostatic properties. The detecting device can directly measure the electrostatic voltage of the electrified object, at the same time, it can measure the humidity and temperature of the assembly space by the electrostatic sensor. Signals collected by sensors, which display the temperature and humidity of the assembling space and display the electrostatic potential and electrostatic charge of the detected object, go though amplifier and A/D changers, and at last are displayed by LCD.This dissertation describes the research work mainly from the following parts:The first part introduces the background of the theme and the advance of measurement and inspection technology in industry.The second part describes the general design purpose of the measurement and inspection system.The third part expounds design of the measurement and inspection system including the selecting of sensor, the programming of PLC, the design of the hardware and the use of MCGS component software.The fourth part introduces the structure design of the device and its internal layout of the mechanical component simply.The last part summarizes this theme.
