Electrostatic discharge(ESD)is an extremely significant branch for Electromangnetic compatility. At present, the study of contact ESD parameters is very mature. On the contrary, indivduals more focus on the study and test of non-contact ESD because few researchs about its process and parameter test.Non-contact electrostatic discharge is usually effeced by variou factors, which will change discharge result. In this paper,it analyed the variation of discharge parameters and expression of discharge current derived. The major content are as follows:In theoretical aspects, theoretical anslisis with fluid mechanics domonstrates that electrode moving speed influence gap pressure of the discharge gap in the external and internal.Through the theory of Townscend discharge is to explain speed and gap pressure how to effect discharge current.Used Rompel-weizel theorem and discharge gap voltage formula, the relation voltage and current and air pressure are derived. Moreover, compared simulation of discharge current waveform,we need its difference explain. In the experimental study, our new experiment and research system was used to control the electrode velocity to the target and air pressure,at the same time,we can be finished and measured discharge current waveform and calculated tis charge. We also obtained the relationship beteween the two parameters and peak value as well as average increase rate and average descent rate.Meanwhile, the distributed capacitance charge and second charge can be calculated.Lastly, dissipated charge also can be calculated in the moving. These conclusion can provide a reasonable referencc for IEC-41000-4-2 standard.
