Research Of One Stop E-Government Platform Based On Serviceflow

Since the end of the eighties of the 20th century,our government has paid attention to the development of the e-government and has gradually set up government affairs systems in each government functional department.But the information construction in our government departments is separated and lack of standardization and specification.The urgent affair is to solve the problem of cross departments service in the e-government and to construct a convenient, business-associated,standardized and safe e-government intergrated platform.First,we introduce the concept and element of e-government,then we introduce the current development situation of e-government and the current research hotspot in e-government domain in our country. We introduce the origin of one stop e-government and its structure.Second,it is put forward applying the serviceflow management to e-government to design one stop e-government platform.Once we solve the problem of cross departments services, the government departments can cooperate each other to provide services to citizens and corporations.In this paper the classic petri net is expanded and we establish the serviceflow model based on the expanded petri net.And then the integrated XML Schema of the process language of the serviceflow management is presented.We introduce three serviceflow management types and the service point structure in every type.At last,after the introducing of web service we put forward to applying web service to design one stop development platform and present the feasibility and process of realization.
