The Design Of Science And Research MIS For Military Academy

Science and research management includes Project Management, Academic Management, Science Production Management, etc. Some Applications, with particular function, improved management efficiency to a certain extent. It was vital how to synthesize management activity and management resource to improve science and research management quality and efficiency by MIS. This paper researches that how to integrate management resource into management activity by developing MASR-MIS.On the basis of analyzing military academy science and research management's specialty and requirement, inner and outer environment of MASR-MIS, at first, MASR-MIS was planed totally to recognize its function. And then, work process of science and research management was discerned by analyzing management activity flow. Finally, using new software modeling technology -Unified Modeling Language (UML) and corresponding software engineering method -Rational Unified Process (RUP), use case, interface and software architecture of MASR-MIS were designed. And then validated design by developing system prototype.It is indicated that quality and efficiency of science and research management could be improved greatly by synthesizing management activity and management resource by MIS.
