Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of Cadet Brigade In Military Academy

The rapid development of the military information raised higher requests to thedigitization and networking of military academy management. In order to meet theneeds of elaborate management of cadets under the new circumstances, as the frontlineunit of cadets management—cadet company of cadet brigade, we need to develophighly practical information management system to realize quality management urgently.This paper, which is based on the actual work needs, after detailed demand analysis andscientific system design, describes the development of a suitable informationmanagement system for management of military academy cadets.This system is based on C/S structure information management system, the systemuses SQL Server database as the backend database, VS2008integrated developmentenvironment as the development platform, C#as the programming language, it realizesthe elaborate management of cadets’ basic information, curriculum information, traininginformation, proper behavior or conduct quality information and other relevantinformation. We make a reasonable demand analysis and optimize the designing plan byfully research before designing, it makes the system not only has the universality ofgeneral information management system, but also has the pertinence of the managementof cadets in military academy. By using ADO.NET data access technology, we improvethe system data access efficiency, reduce the possibility of code duplication andredundancy, improve the utilization rate of the code. At the same time, due to the C#language characteristic of security mechanism, the system can avoid buffer overflowand compatibility problems more easily. Besides, in view of the particularity of themilitary information, system combines several data protection technology to the securityof the system such as the data encryption technology, database backup and recoverytechnology and user authority management technology, it improves the confidentiality,integrity, and availability on the basis of focusing system security, which obviouslyenhance the survive ability of the system.In this paper, we made a detailed introduction of the design idea, implementationprocess and the key technology of the INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF CADET BRIGADE IN MILITARY ACADEMY, as well as discussing the software testplan to prove that it can achieve the desired functional requirements. Additionally, thispaper demonstrates the actual application of the system by some screenshots. Thesystem proposed has a good stability, high security, high system scalability and friendlyuser interface, which can satisfy the daily management of the digital and networkrequirements in military academy, reach the goal of improving work efficiency, enhancethe professional quality and strengthen digitization construction of the management ofcadets in military academy.
