In the 21st century, E-Manufacturing becomes one of the leading patterns formanufacturing, which brings more energies for manufacturing by using best of moderninformation technologies, especially Internet/Intranet and modern software technologies.It's characterized by collaboration, rapid reengineering, integration, changeful anddynamic objects, and so on, what demand enterprises can customize application servicesystems and response to the market agilely and rapidly. This means the applicationsystems which help enterprises do business have abilities, according to enterprises'business requirements, to harmonize,integrate and rapidly factor, at the same time, helpget rid of isolated islands and unwanted processes when handling business. So theE-Manufacturing Platform, which supplies technical supports and executive tools toimplementation of E-Manufacturing pattern in the manufacturing enterprises of ourcountry, must adapt to these demands and features. On the basis of all above, theresearch on enhancing the flexibility and the ability of self-adapting forE-Manufacturing Platform, and how to refactor rapidly the services in E-ManufacturingPlatform to meet the demands of E-Manufacturing, as well as how to build a integrationstandard for E-Manufacturing service systems, and so forth, plays a relative importantrole in promoting practicality and applicability of the platform and developing theE-Manufacturing pattern for our country. First of all, starting with requirement analysis for the E-Manufacturing Platform,combining concerning foundation technologies of component ,XML and Web Services,etc., this paper presents the architecture and basic framework of E-ManufacturingPlatform. On the basis of these, the refactorable control system of the E-ManufacturingPlatform is proposed according to features of the architecture, service sets of theE-Manufacturing Platform, and to meet the demands of e-Manufacturing. Then, thegeneral model for this system is constructed, meanwhile, whose composing, plottingfunctions and related design principles as well as characters are detailed. Secondly, under the guidance of the model for the refactorable control system of theE-Manufacturing Platform, the implementation technologies of which are broughtforward, where the detailed general technology blueprint is constructed, and theimplementation key technologies and software designs for each part of the model areresearched. II重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 Thirdly, on the basis of the function model of the refactorable control system of theE-Manufacturing Platform, its main running process is analyzed. After primarily slicedthe running process, the main functions, tasks and operating process of each stage inwhich are all described. At the same time, the concept of refactoring ability of therefactorable control system is proposed and the related evaluation indexes are simplydeveloped. Finally, based on the 10th Five-Year national key technologies R&D program,E-Manufacturing Platform(2001BA201A06), the application case further explained therunning process of the refactorable control system in the E-Manufacturing Platform,thus proved the feasibility of this system, too.
