Research And Implement On E-Goverment System Based On Workflow

With the further development of information technology,the development of E-government system becomes one of the most important fields of information constructiom.E-government system requires not only the sharing of information ,but also the collaboration of various departments in the goverment. Using workflow technology can solve the problem of collaboration.Workflow is a core technology of process modeling and process management ,it can help the E-government system to achieve an effective results of business management and has become an important underlying support system of E-government system.First,the thesis discusses the necessity of the development of E-government system based on workflow,introduces workflow technology research status and some basic concept; Related concepts and theories of workflow technology are discussed, including basic concepts,workflow management systems, workflow modeling.This is the foundation of the theory for the system to builde.Second, set up a XML-based workflow model, this model focuses on process,activity and transition.It is flexible,simple to use and easy to expand .According workflow reference model and the actual situation of the project, builds a workflow engine, discusses the design of the workflow engine and its data structure.Main functions such as the flowing of process and activities is given in detail.Finally, as an example,Chinese Customs Information System(CCIS) is a typical E-government system based on workflow. The framework of CCIS is discussed. The use of Pattern-Oriented software development methodology and some models to solve common problems reduces duplication and improves efficiency and quality of software development.The System raises the efficiency of the office affairs, basically meets the demands. The application of workflow technology and the workflow-based E-government systems, improve government efficiency, enhance the government's ability to make decisions.
