The Research On The Transmission System Of Environment Monitoring Data Based On GPRS Network

With the development of GPRS(General Packet Radio Service),more and more applications of GPRS are widely used. It has two specialties: one is high-speed, the other is permanent online,and the expense is according to the flux of data. GPRS communication service has high capability and low price,it can be used in Environment Protection,Communication,Business and Finance,Mobile office, etc.This article describes the composition of communication system, the logical structure, especially including GPRS support node (GSN), packet control unit (PCU) and GPRS interface. And it introduces the following aspects: the transport protocols, channel instruction, mobile management and conversation management. The system is based on TCP/IP transport protocols, so the article describes the TCP/IP too.Otherwise, the article describes how to use GPRS technology to solve the data transport, in order to achieve the purpose that wireless transport and unmanned monitor. It devises the methods using GPRS data module and AT command. It also describes how to realize two schemes of GPRS communication, which is in the environment data monitoring system. Mostly, using the GPRS module (simens company) and TCP/IP module (CONNECT ONE company)to accomplish the GPRS data transport, which is controlled by microcomputer.
