Video conference is that video technology and IP data communication technology establish IP Visual communication through IP network(Internet, Intranet, LAN/WAN) between two points or multi-points and implement image, voice and data communion.Because real-time traffics are sensitive to delay, delay jitter, when there is an outburst of traffic, real-time traffic may be affected a lot. The issue the thesis will solve is how to make the system adapt to network condition.For parameters that can be got during Audio-Video Mutual System are send-time. receive-time and number of lost packets. The thesis propose amethod that estimate the state of network. Because of the sender's clock not synchronized with the receiver's clock, end-to-end delay can't be computed directly. The thesis propose linear programming arithmetic which can compute end-to-end delay one-way and remove the impact of clock unsynchronization. This thesis define three network states according the rate of lost packets: mild-load, full-load and block and describe how to adjust coding rate and adjustment policy according variation of end-to-end delay.Based on above research and other solution of video conference, this thesis have implemented a Self-adaptive Network Audio-Video Mutual SystemFinally, the summarization was given and the prospect of the self-adaptive to network was discussed.,...
