Research On The Management Of Information Resources Construction In Digital Archives

With the advent of the information society, information plays a more important role in our society, which has become the 'third resources' following materials and energy sources, and people have paid more attention to it. The importance of archives information resources, which acts as the memories of human being, is recognized by more and more people. In order to exploit and utilize archives information resources effectively, some countries are taking part in the construction of Digital Archives by using modern technologies and equipments.
