| People-oriented thoughts in China has a long history, with the further development of China’s political economy, the people’s livelihood files step onto the historical stage, received universal attention by society. This paper is based on the comprehensive archives, as well as the importance of livelihood archives, archives of people’s livelihood are reasonably defined.with the help of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, the people’s livelihood archives contents were summarized.
