The Research Of Rapid Prototyping Technology Of Chemical Chip

In the dissertation, the research is rapid prototyping technology of chemical chip. It mainly includes two parts, hardware and software.The work of hardware part is the fixing of 3 dimension working platform and*application device of fiber. Hardware designing and installing contain shutter and control box. The box includes connecting card, emergency stop, stepping motion driver, electrical source, and transformer. The laser beam is transferred by quartz-fiber from He-Ge laser machine to 3 dimensions working platform. The facula diameter is about 1.0mm to 1.2mm. The motion control card can transfer the controlling signal from the controlling software to 3 dimensions working platform, then the solidified rosin on the platform is transformed by laser beam into pictures designed. The whole hardware equipment works smoothly. It gets the request in the stereo lithography.During the design of software programming, the dissertation gives the principle and method. Some language is described in detail. It's needed to do more data processing such as inside and outside boundaries recognition, facular radius compensation, scanning and path planning to generate process control data. The STL file should be translated into CLI file, then into SMP file. In order to satisfy with the request of initial system, I inject some new arithmetic in the transformation, including inside and outside arithmetic and processing compensation arithmetic. On the whole rapid prototyping process, zonal scanning is convenient for step motion to control. In the experiment, the analysis gives the arithmetic and principle of zonal scanning, the summary of processing generates.In the end, some experiments give new ideas to improve processing. The dissertation specifies that prototyping speed and precision are important to the whole processing. The hardware can work under well control of the software. The system works stably and easy control.
