Based on viscous hydrodynamics, multiphase hydrodynamics and Rapid Prototyping (RP) technique, inkjet RP technique for fabrication of chemical chip and rapid charging of micro-dimension was investigated in the dissertation. Utilizing Stereo Lithography Apparatus (SLA) and Ink Jet Printing (IJP), the UV ink, which was mixed with UV light-cured resin and energetic materials, was sprayed via the nozzle according to CLI data from CAD model and then cured instantly under UV irradiation. The whole system comprised a UV light source, three dimensional prototyping platform, nozzles, spraying set and controlling system of prototyping. The main work included establishment of the inkjet RP system, optimization design of the prototyping nozzle, select of the parameters and analysis of the results. Designing the nozzles was the most important work used simulation with ANSYS and calculation in theory. The technical parameter included spray-velocity , layer-thickness and cured time . Also, the density and viscosity of the resin, the velocity of nozzles and the cured time were tested in this paper. The main achievements are presented as follow:(1) The UV ink Spray—RP is feasible to produce micro-initiator or chemical chip.(2) The ninth, the tenth and the eleventh UV resins are the best resins with low viscosity, little smell and excellent adhesion.(3) The conglutinating capability of china substrate is better than glass substrate.(4) It obtained a lot of appropriate parameter through experiments.(5) An experimental formula was summarized from experiment and simulation.(6) The diameter of energetic materials was very important for fabricating products.(7) The simulation of ANSYS accords with actual flowing in the nozzles only under the low velocity.
