Research On The Remote Control System Of Coal_Unloading Workshop

Car dumer system is an important part of coal_unloading workshop in a large-scale power plant. Realizing its remote commanding is labor productivity raising, and most important is security improving. This paper provides schematic demonstration and relevant design of car dumper's remote control system.First, this paper reviews the history of remote control and telemetry system and the current situation of the industry remote control, introduces its general components and its working principle, after that, a scheme for coding and decoding of remote control commands is confirmed for the working request of car dumper system, a new designed in this paper, and its coding and decoding circuits are designed. Based on the spectrum of the normal band command signals, analyzing the bandwidth's request and code error performance as it is in different binary RF transmission systems. And after comparison of different binary RF transmission systems. And after comparison of different systems' integrated performance the PCM/FM frequency discriminator demodulation scheme is chosen.In addition, based on the analyzing of the original control circuit of the car dumper system, the remote control rebuilding of the control circuit is performed and intermediate and three month's run are performed to test the scheme proposed above, and the correctness and feasibility of the scheme are affirmed.
