The Research And Design Of E-government Based On Web In Administration Of Taxation Qingdao Bureau

Along with the development of computer and computer network, especially the great increasing of Internet in 90s, the life style of people has been changed greatly. Internet has been used by more and more people.As one of the most import role in society, the government must be faced with the challenge of the 21st century. The government should uses IT to improve its management and service.In this paper, the author describes the conception of e-government, and the development of e-government. He also analyzes the feasibility of e-government in Administration of Taxation Qingdao Bureau in detail. The author talks about the conception of Objected-oriented Design (OOD), and uses Objected-oriented Design (OOD) method to design the architecture of e-government system. He try to uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) to design the model of e-government system.In the end of paper, the author also talks about the workflow and security in e-government, and puts forward his own method to solve the problem. He designs a light system of workflow which based on the state of task and Relationship Database Management System. He adopts Digital Seal method to realize the Integrality and Incontestableness of e-document.
