Research On Costing, Forecast And Application Of The Process Industry ERP

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is more advanced management model that modern enterprise developed toward internationalization in information era. It also represents the highest level of current integrated enterprise management software. The come into being, development, characteristic and application of ERP were introduced in this article, the characteristic and application status quo of process industry ERP were also discussed. Its developing direction and the cost account method of process industry combine with BOM(Bill of Material) concept were analyzed and studied from system structure and realization strategy and so on.This dissertation consists of six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which expounds the characteristic and application status quo of ERP and flow industry ERP, and bring forward the research demand of process industry BOM cost accounting and forecast. The second chapter investigated the technology of process industry BOM, which summarized the action of BOM, traversing arithmetic, structure tree and else aspects, and lucubrated BOM model of the process industry. In the third chapter, the cost accounting based on BOM in process industry was researched, and the mode and method of cost accounting in flow industry from the concept and connotation of cost was brought forth, and the application practice of cost BOM was also discussed by electric industry. In chapter four, the cost forecast method was studied, and brought forward chaos time sequence forecast idea according to the characteristic of process industry continuous production, and described the basic process and application of chaos forecast method that based on Lyapunov index. In the fifth chapter, it had a primary practice about process industry cost BOM based on electric field prototype, and detailed explained the key functions and realization technology of the prototype system based on the research achievement that mentioned before. It had a summary about the work that had done in the sixth chapter.
