Study Of Data Integration And Pre-processing On Management And Control Incorporated System

It is a challenge for us to build the management information system of an enterprise enhancing the competition ability under the background of Globalization of World Economy. Due to historical reason, manufacture equipments and control systems are various. We must find out the effective method to integrate the message of "The Isolated Island ", if we want to execute the enterprise's advanced management mode. In order to meet the above requirements of the market, the paper is started.This study describes project of the management and control integration system oriented the small and medium process enterprises. As the bridge of combination management informatization with process automation, the system consists of several components as followed. The first, we have designed the SCADA system based on the OPC that can be connected with the Ethernet. The second, we have ascertained the data integration framework whose data platform is data warehouse consisting of the Real-time Database and the Relation Database. The last, the real-time ERP strategy oriented production process is put forward according to the characteristics of process industry and ERP management theory. The system supplies the favorable framework, in favor of the enterprise management.OPC is an interface standard among component object models based on Windows operating system, it supplies high efficient message integration and interaction. OPC automation interface is optional. It is necessary when consumer uses VB to exploit an application. The paper has designed OPC client application, and the application was tested and experimented. The method taking advantage of OPC technology to realize integration of the heterogeneous control system is proved to be practicable.It is not practicable to apply a mass of time sequence data in the process of production to the management information system. The study has deeply discussed the time sequence data pre-processing in order to improve the efficience of data mining. It describes a data compressing method based on the linear plug-value. It is proved to be effective and reasonable by experiment.
