Research And Application Of Data Integration In Integrated Management And Control System(IMCS) Of Aluminum Oxide Plant

As the enterprise information technology used widely and thoroughly in China Aluminum Corp Shanxi Branch, the character of Continuous Production requires more precise of data's realtime and global association, the difficult problem of deploy Integrated management and control system(IMCS) is how to intergrate the data effectly, this paper discussed the intergration thoroughly.This paper is based on Integral management and control theory and data intergration technology, the paper introduced domestic and foreign development and present situation of IMCS theory and data intergration technology, analyzed all kinds of plans of enterprise data intergration, study and summarize the data intergration technology in deploying IMCS, consider the production fact of Shanxi Branch, selected the data intergration plan which is based on OPC and compatible to IMCS. Then introduced the development process of data intergration of IMCS' deployment in detail, solved the different data structre problem in deployment of IMCS. After the implemention of the system, the system is stable and in good condition, satisfy the production requirement, and made great economic benefits. The paper discussed the problem of the system and the way of improvement.
