Modern research cost much and experimental equipment present macro-scale direction, being not a rich country ,so it is urgent that experimental equipments can be share in order to cut cost. Many scientific productions, especial significant scientific productions are the results of many scientists cooperating and human being knowledge piling.The worldwide network and new techniques used in communication and computer make scientists cooperate more often and share the information more easily. That provides more effective ways and can deal with the challenges of information explosion. The concept of Virtual Laboratory came under this background. It shows the trend of scientific research in this information society.This article analyze the need of establishing the Virtual laboratory and point out the localization and deficiency of sharing and cooperating under domestic situation at present, thereby join that the definition and intension of the Virtual laboratory facing ministrant and realism material sharing and cooperating, on these basics, bring forward the information sorting , possessing characteristic, composing, system structure and solving key technology. Owing to relating to many contents and my tune setting a limit, only discuss a guideline about Virtual laboratory cooperating-responding in time. As a special network is looked on about the Virtual laboratory and analyze qualitatively on constructing logical network. This article according to the composing peculiarity, constructing a logical network model, applying interrelated analysis of network, studies a respond time problem of the sub-network in the virtual lab and calculates the "<=to"probability of the points.
