Based on the research of Process Management Integrated Support Software System(PMIS-3), Process Measurement and Analysis System which is a subsystem of PMIS3 is proposed and studied. Combined with the project supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China (NO.70071029) - Research on the theory and application of Process Management and the project supported by science plan of zhejiang province (No.0l1106241) - Research on the implement of dynamic process management,this Thesis mainly discusses several subjects such as measures system foundation,business process analysis method based on stakeholder requirements, integration with other subsystems,and realization.etc.In chapter one, technology of process management is discussed on the basis of analysis of competitive environment modern enterprises faced. With the overview of research status of measurement and analysis inside and outside the country, the importance and necessity of studying it is indicated. In the end the meaning, intention, objective and the main work of this paper are presented.Chapter two analyzes the theory of stakeholder,and studies the algorithm of calculating the importance of stakeholder and the algorithm of the importance and satisfaction of stakeholder requirements.And how to use the theory in measures system foundation with the example of measures system in the manufacturing process with the stakeholder theory is discussed.And the elementary system of stakeholders and their requirements and measures of the representative processes of enterprises is founded.Then the algorithm of calculating measures' weight is discussed. In the end, the application of the measures system is discussed.Chapter three discusses the method of improving QFD. The relationship matrix between stakeholders requirements and performance measures and the relationship matrix between performance measures and activities are established.Based on the two matrices,the relationship matrix between stakeholders requirements and activities is established.In the end, the algorithm of detemining the priority of activities to be improved is discussed,and the application of the analysis is studied.Chapter four discusses the system realization and the case analysis.Functional modules and physical model of the database of the subsystem are analyzed and the main software prototype is realized.In the end,the order processing process of Nisco Co. is discussed,including measures system foundation and how to analyze the process with the theory discussed in chapter four and data analysis.The last chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the paper, the future research work is also suggested.
