The rapid development of market economy makes the company between the increasingly fierce competition, in the fierce competition in the market, the company need to use the advanced computer and network technology to achieve the company informatization construction. The company based on the above background, the introduction of advanced computer network technology and the concept of financial management, use of modern enterprise management methods, is an urgent need to establish a comprehensive financial management system.Company’s traditional financial management was mainly manual and print management, the traditional way of financial management not only wastes a large amount of manpower, material and financial resources and financial statistics is easy to leak. The advanced financial management system can not only on the current financial management and maintenance, and can analyze the company’s funds, analysis of the financial budget of the company. How will the company’s current financial management combined with advanced computer network technology has become one of the most important of the company’s financial management, and financial management system of development and construction to improve the level of the company’s information construction. A company’s financial management system simplifies the traditional financial management business process, use of modern financial management concept to create a set of policy guidance, financial system and internal control principles in the integration of financial management platform. System design mainly USES the J2 EE framework, coding using JSP technology, the system database using SQL Server technology.This dissertation studies the current situation of a company’s financial management and business process, the design and implementation of a company’s financial management system based on J2 EE, the realization of the system greatly improve the efficiency of the company’s financial management, the liberation of the company’s human resources, improve the competitiveness of the company.
