With the rapid socio-economic development, size of the business continues to expand, the competition among enterprises is more and more intense, companies are looking for better management model to enhance their competitive advantage in order to adapt to social development. The traditional enterprise inventory management is the original manual, enterpriseing into the library, and inventory must rely on manual operation, all types of information can only be recorded by hand, this management model has far can not adapt to the rapid development of enterprise needs. The 20th century, the birth of the computer to the enterprise has brought new management philosophy, enterprises are computer technology, computer network technology and modern managed by combining various types of information management systems, in-depth research and design, enterprise inventory management information system R & D is one important aspect.Inventory Management Information System is based on the actual needs of enterprises, which try to build a powerful, easy to learn and operations management platform for the purpose the better design and development system. The system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2003 to design a database, and use the excellent Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a development tool, the application of object-oriented programming methodology, system design and development of science.Management module of the system mainly by basic information management module, product information management module, inventory operations management module, inventory management module alerts and statistics, check management module composed of the five major functional modules independent of each other, but also linked to form the the basic framework of information systems. Basic information management module by the customer information management module, storage information management modules and the user information management module. This module enables customers (including suppliers and purchases commercial) information, storage information, and user information input, modify, query and delete functions, to provide enterprises with good customers (including suppliers and purchases commercial) information management platform is to realize the enterprise warehouse information management and user's information management;a standardized enterprise can quickly provide detailed and accurate information.Product Information Product Category Manager module by module and product information management module. The system uses two product categories management approach, with their respective categories described in the general categories of products. Users can create and edit product categories, product categories and product information to achieve the query, add, modify and delete products on business inventories and standardized classification of management, helping enterprises to meta-analysis of a certain category of products, thus worked out scientific management methods.Inventory operations management module consists of storage operations management module, a database operation and management module, inventory, inventory management module. Warehousing operation module subdivided into purchasing storage module, the production storage module, return storage module, retreat materials storage module, warehousing operation module to record the relevant product information, warehouse information, customer information, managers the amounts involved and the storage time; a database operation module further divided into sales of a library module, returns a library module, the use of materials such as a library module, a database operation module to record the relevant product information, storage information, customer information, managers, involving an amount of time and out of libraries and other information. Inventory Management module can sort out inventory to correct the incorrect inventory data, to ensure the accuracy of inventory data. Inventory management module not only facilitate the operation of the enterprise out of libraries, storage and inventory, more in the future of the query, statistical analysis laid the necessary foundation.Stock alert management module by the number of alarm management module and failure alarm management modules, is an inventory close to or exceeds the critical value of the product warning, the product appears short-term, ultra-storage, close to or exceed the validity period which must, alarm, so that can effectively reduce the company due to prolonged storage and expired products, products bought too much cost or product backlog and lack of unnecessary losses to the enterprise.Statistical query management module from the product storage products and inventory tables composed of water tables. System can directly print these two tables, these two tables is critical for businesses that can provide enterprises with an important analysis of the data, business only through a correct analysis of the data in order to make the right decisions, The decision also related to the enterprise's survival and development.The system design and development of the database contains eight kinds of information tables, four major functional modules and four major categories module.The database 8 tables: Customer Information Form Client, is used to save the customer letter; warehouse used to store information table Storehouse warehouse information; user information table Users used to store user information; product categories in Table ProType is used to save the product categories of information; Product Information Sheet Product is used to save the basic information about the product; storage operation information table is used to save storage operation StoreIn basic information; a library information table TakeOut operation to save the basic information out of library operations; inventory information table is used to ProInStore depository library stock basic information. Database, four major function modules: Const module is used to manage the engineering constants; DbFunc module is used to manage projects related to the operation with a database statement, variables and functions; GeneralFunc module used to manage the project some common self-defined functions ; Variable module used to manage projects in the global variables, including the global arrays and global objects.The database module 4 broad categories: Client class used to manage the table Client of database operations, it is saved as Client.cls; Storehouse class used to manage the database tables Storehouse operations, it is saved as Storehouse.cls; Users class used to manage the table Users The database operation, it is saved as Users.cls; ProType class used to manage the database tables ProType operation, it is saved as ProType.cls.Inventory management information systems are very friendly user interface, the system powerful, easy to learn and operate, routine maintenance is simple, employing less able to provide enterprises with a scientific management model, companies can quickly provide accurate data on all types of information and statistics, for enterprise survival and development has played a positive role. Under this system, businesses can easily make customer information, storage information, user information management, warehousing operations, outbound operations, and inventory stocks has become easy. At the same time, through the stock alert management to reduce the loss of business, so companies can easily obtain the analysis of data for enterprise decision-making to provide the necessary information support. And the traditional manual operation to the enterprise inventory management compared to the use of the system can reduce the number of corporate employment, reducing labor costs of enterprises. The use of standardized, easy-to-work processes, but also can improve business efficiency and enhanced customer management, be able to analyze all types of customers to facilitate better communication and cooperation, reducing the types of data due to errors caused by human errors speed up the statistics and analysis of data speed, can quickly provide accurate analysis of enterprise data for enterprise decision-making provides a strong message. In a sense, the system can reduce the cost of doing business, improve economic efficiency of enterprises, enabling businesses to better and faster development for the enterprises to enhance the competitive capacity.
