With the development of control, computer, communication and network technology, the field of information exchange is expanding from factory's local equipment layer to control, and management layer and workshop section, workshop, factory, corporation and market of the entire world. The field-bus is the new technology in this field.Using the ControlNet, ControlLogix and remote I/O module, this paper implements that the belt conveyer carry out the function of the transport of material, confection and load and unload with the enacted technological processThrough the analysis of ControlNet Field-bus of the method medium visiting, the information connecting and the data frames, this paper assembles network successfully and carries out the communication between ControlNet and remote I/O module. The destination of the system is to control the entire stockyard's belt conveyer remotely. Because of applying field-bus technology to this auto-control system, the system realizes the Real-time control. At the same time the system uses RSView32 and VBA to implement the Human Machine Interface (HMI) that control all system's state and build a network control system to realize information's integration. In addition, according to the analysis of OPC technology and establish of OPC server, in order to connect the factory's signal and application, the paper use OPC as the interface among the factory's equipment, data transmission and application. OPC technology can resolve the tradition problem on data writing and reading, which is to have no coincident standard and the special application's drivers don't support hardware characteristics, OPC technology can resolve the expanding problem of Chengdu material factory's second project.
