Design And Implement Of The Auto-Stacker System Based On Field Bus Controlnet

As the rapid demand in energy, the harbor plays more and more significant role in materials transportation. The traditional manual operation mode can not adapt to the new harbor development trend and has to be combined with the field bus technology in order to realize the automatic operation mode. In the background of the Tianjin harbor project, the author has achieved the design and implementation of the control system in the auto-stacker process based on the Fieldbus-ControlNet. This thesis contains the following contents:ⅰ. Study the Rockwell ControlLogix 5000 series PLC and ControlNet technology, design the auto-stacker control system and achieve the system configuration and programming. The paper produces the use of ControlNet to link single stacker, PVP(operation panels) and PC each other and the modes of manual and automatic control have been implemented.ⅱ.
