Monitoring Configuration Software Design And Development Of The Network Function Module

As the development of software technology, configuration software was widely used in social production and all areas of life, from factory automation control of the site, track traffic, bridges, tunnels into the modern intelligent community, there is configuration software figure. A lot of convenience was brought to human life by using of configuration software broadly. With the rapid development of computer network technology, a variety of network technologies were widely used in industrial automation and control areas, which promoted the configuration software to combine with network. The network control system with the characteristics of open nature and distribution was researched as a popular issue in the field of control, but also was the future development direction of control system.In this paper, the development work of network module was launched on the basis of normal function of SCADA.Mainly including CS network function module, dual-redundant functional modules and cross-platform functional design three aspects related to the development and design work. The main work:CS network module and the module structure and function of the design of program structure were proposed and the CS network function module development methodology was given. Second, monitor the dual-plane redundancy configuration software design methods was proposed, and dual-box redundancy module design and implementation, detailed two-plane redundancy of work processes and data processing methods, including the working state when a system failure Switching mode of operation, etc. At the same time, the information integration of different platforms was researched. OPC XML-DA was used in the design of configuration software. This method is verified to promote scalability for Configuration Software.
