The Realization Of Networked Manufacture Resource Management Using Grid Computing Technology

In recent years, the information revolution imples the manufacturing industiy to develop in the global direction, make modern enterprises present collectivized, diversified development trend. These enterprises need to understand the production management state of each filiale in time, and different department in the same enterprise, employees in different area also demand sharing a mass of the enterprise information in time. Between enterprise and customers, between enterprise and collaborators also exist a flood of information exchange. This urges the enterprise integrate the world-widely manufacture and sells, in order to quicken the product development, increase the product quantity and the enterprise's response ability to the market. So the networked manufacture produces.The grid was called the third generation Internet. Its goal is to realize the across-the-board connection of all resources in Internet, such as compute resources, saving resources, information resources, knowledge resources etc. The resources in the grid and the business resources in the networked manufacture have distribute, variety and dynamic, therefore we can utilize the grid technique to implement the sharing and management of the enterprise resources in the networked manufacture. This thesis introduced the grid technique, to give emphasis to depict the related knowledge of this system - OGSA-DAI (Open Grid Service Architecture - Data Access and Integrate), OGSA-DAI is the latest grid service system construction, and it adopted the Web service frame. The central characteristic of the OGSA-DAI is service. This thesis still expatiated the related knowledge such as Web service, iPlanet and Xindice database etc. On the base, we definitely give out the settle schema of the enterprise resources - Making use of the XML language describes the enterprise resources, saving enterprise resources in Xindice database, set the customer's security access in the iPlanet. Making use of the OGSA-DAI realizes the remote invoking and the enterprise resources management, and provides customers in the form of the grid service.At the same time this paper gives us a detailed design and implementation, combing the system design gave the concrete solution schema.On the base of grid technical, this thesis put forward the solution of management and sharing of the business resources, it can provide new reference and consults to the networked manufacture.
