| The infrastructure network technique not only makes the industry production reach the higher automation level, but also creates the essential condition tor realizing the integration of control and administration in the whole enterprise. This paper introduced how to applied the technique to realistic system, and summed up the experience.Firstly, the article introduced the intranet in brief from the present development, the general request and its technique point etc.Immediately after, to form the equipments layer of control system with open, mutual operability, reliability and numeric, the PROFTBUS project was brought forward. The rationality of the project was proved by FCS' advantages to DCS and PROFIBUS' advantages to the other fieldbus. Based on the analysis, the article demonstrates the two main advantages of PROFIBUS: applying convenience and bus access protocol. Through PROFDBUS-DP' application practically, the convenience was exemplified. The structured design of PROFIBUS system indicated bus access protocol's advantages.Then, to integrate all sub-system or devices into the synthetic system, it was put forward to lead the Ethernet technique into the control network. To solve Ethernet' real-time, full-duplex switching was adopted and the system' structure was optimized To solve Ethernet' reliability, redundancy technique was adopted and isomerous databases between control network be adopted. Aim at the network safety problem, put forward the methods of solution according as factory's condition.Finally, the paper mill's control system adopted the kind of infranet structure merging industrial Ethernet and FieldBus. The paper introduced the design project and the principle of the control system, detailed to expatiate each layer's selection reasons and functions in the control network.The system has gone to function on Oct 2003. It completely achieves the design requests. Accordingly, it is showed that the system is advanced and practical.
