With the development of industry, the request of temperature process control is higher, control request basically include control precision, response velocity, system stability and adaptation ability. This paper will research the control system of rapidly changed temperature, and the points are temperature response velocity and control precision, from the results of experiment, the effect of control is relatively perfect.It's very difficult to realize that the object controlled achieves better control precision if it's temperature change very fast .For the sake of temperature rapid response and getting some control precision, this paper will research system consisting design and control arithmetic. In detail, the embedded PC technology will be used in the system using in temperature control system, design hardware and software to the appointed control equipment, which make for setting up the excellent property control system of intelligent appearance; The object controlled will be set up mathematical modeling and analyzed temperature field, which is in favor of the optimizing design of temperature control system; The research of control arithmetic is based on the object controlled behavior analysis. The paper will analyze the control arithmetic mostly used in temperature control and use modified fuzzy control method based on rules into temperature control system, and gets relatively perfectly control effects. So it prove that it is feasible that using fuzzy control method realizes temperature control system.The works of the paper in detail include that experiment equipment design of temperature control system, the specialty research of object controlled, research and design of control algorithms, and the design, realization and results analysis of the experiment.
