In the process of rapid development of social science and technology,the measurement of parameters of industrial products is particularly important,in the measurement of the parameters,the parameters of the entire measurement system is qualified or not depends on the effect of temperature control.It is difficult to achieve the desired control effect by using conventional PID to control the object controlled by temperature,which is not able to get accurate mathematical model.Under the condition that is not able to obtain the accurate mathematical model of the temperature of an object,this paper designed a new system control project and implemented the project on the ARM11 system,the effect of the project in the industrial temperature measurement met the expectations of the control effect which ware designed.Firstly,the current situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign industrial temperature control were introduced,and then,based on the study and research of a variety of advanced PID control strategies,an expert fuzzy adaptive PID control system was formed by the effective fusion of expert control and fuzzy adaptive PID control.Simulated this strategy and the conventional PID control by MATLAB,compared with the results of the simulations,the expert fuzzy adaptive PID control has better control effect and meets the design requirements.Secondly,in consideration of the characteristics of the plan with high acquisition and response speed,low power consumption,better real-time and stability of control,decided to use ARM11 to design a industrial temperature control system based on embedded platform.The system is mainly composed of two parts,hardware and software,the hardware circuit includes the core board circuit design and peripheral circuit design.In the software part,the embedded operating system was transplanted and the device driver was designed and transplanted.At the end of this paper,took the temperature inside the industrial temperature controlled box as controlled object,transplanted the algorithm to the hardware platform and observed the operation results,the data of the experimental result showed that the expert fuzzy PID in this paper has high control precision,strong robustness,fast response and good stability.
