| Based on the requirement of the data storage of aerospace craft, the purpose of this dissertation is to study the high speed solid-state storage technique interface logic with CompactFlash card array. The design scheme of a suit of high speed solid-state storage system used with TI' TMS320VC5402, Lattice' ispLSI 3448 and SanDisk CompacFlash card are expatiated. In addition, the paper also gives the material realization scheme of the experiment circuit and interface logic simulation analyzing.At first, the paper introduces the principle of CompacFlash card in brief, including internal block diagram, configuration registers, task file registers, addressing mode, data reading and writing, working mode and so on. Following that the paper introduces TMS320VC5402' main feature, internal structure, central processing unit, memory space, clock generator and so on. And then the paper discusses the design of parallel interface unit in detail, which includes two segment, the writing and reading realization of CompactFlash card and parallel branching realization. The most important project of the study on high speed solid-state storage technique with CompactFlash card array is the design of parallel interface unit, which consists of two pieces of ispLSI 3448, one piece of ispLSI 3448 realizes 4-route branching, totaling to realize 8-route branching. The paper takes one piece of ispLSI 3448 as example to explain the principle of writing and reading realization of CompactFlash card and parallel branching realization. The program ispEXPERT is used in the design of ispLSI 3448, developing in schematic method. The paper provides the principle diagram and simulation analyzing of writing and reading of CompactFlash card and parallel branching. At last the paper gives the design of experiment circuit, which includes hardware design and software design. The paper illuminates the working mode of CompactFlash card and the startup circuit and clock circuit of TMS320VC5402 in hardware design. The paper show the initial program, writing program, reading program of TMS320VC5402 in software design. |
