Research And Development On Intelligent System Of Measurement & Control Based On DSP

Combined with computer technology and measurement and control technology, intelligent system not only has traditional inspection feature, but also can store, judge, dispose of the message, compensate real-time, self-diagnose, self-emend. Because DSP possesses many characteristics, such as large scaled integration in hardware, disposing of mess message, specialization of instruction set and outstanding ratio of price/performance, the intelligent system of measurement and control based on DSP is an important developing trend of the intelligent portable measure and control system.The intelligent system of measurement and control based on DSP is researched upon practical project in this thesis. The system has advantages of high precision and stability that can be applied to modern field in measure and control, and accomplishs auto control and magement of numerical control machine. That offers a goog idea of improving auto-instrument in the product line.This thesis mainly includes four parts. Firstly, the author illuminates constitution, function, features about hardware of system; Secondly, how to design software of system is introduced, and then the flow chart is used to show how intelligence is realized; thirdly, development and research on common communication types of intelligent system at the present time is introduced; finally, experiment results validate the features of the system.The intelligent system that achieves the technical specifications has been deliverd to consumer, and been ready to put into mass production. It is an ideal instrument in the automatic industry production process.
