The main content of this paper take the hull deflection as measure subject, transform the hull flexibility angle to the position variable of photoelectric signal on the CCD bull, the line CCD equipments do the real time transform of the photoelectric signal on the CCD bull, and then obtain the digital image data, process the data and compute the hull deflection, last transport the data to the central computer on the measure ship.This paper gives an outline of the theory and hardware constitution of the system, particularly describes the design and realization of the software .Discuss the digital image process technology of the line CCD, put forward the gravity method of how to confirm the central position of the facular; Put forward the algorithm about data extrapolate under the network fault state.
