Accompany with to make the development of the cold air condition profession, the measure and control's technique and experiment with function to equip of the cold air condition product get the quick development, and differ from the other product, the function parameter of the cold air condition product can't be mostly directly measured, but must under the artificial environment, at keep on in the stable appearance, measure the some related physics of these parameter first, again through the calculation indirect out to measure result, but the measure accuracy and stability of these related parameter bring up the very high request to the measure and control's system. This text aim at the measure and control's system at the experiment to equip of the air condition function and combination Shanghai chijiang technology develop company new set up the enthalpy different laboratory, makes use of the Visual Basic 6.0 developped the measureand control's system of the enthalpy different laboratory. This system adopts now programmable control technique that spread of boundary of domestic and international work control, the regulating speed technique by changing frequency and the RS-485/ RS-232 technique. It is a perfect management and control integral whole system. And, this thesis return as to it's measure to measure the proceeding error margin the analysis, and was analyzed by error margin the enthalpy different laboratory matchs the GB/ T 7725-1996 standard, can be used for measuring the making the cold and making the heat's ability, the consuming, the COP ,the breeze deal under the steady state or not steady state of air condition of diagraph room, and it can also test the influence of the four channels change to the face valve and and the electronic expanding valve to the whole function of the air condition.In addition, according to the complexity of the enthalpy different laboratory andthe coupling between the temperature with humidity, for normal regulations PID can not attain the good control result, the Fuzzy- PID control strategy is bringed up.In this thesis,we explain the reason of selecting by the Fuzzy-PID control, the Fuzzy- PID control's principle, design, and imitate the true model to take and analyze fuzzy control system proceed stability analysis. Finally, we adopt the MATLAB proceeds to imitate the true research and give out imitate to really pan out with theories analysis.
